Loco Meals - Hoisin Mid Joints

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Defrost for 1-2 hours* (Refer to our blog "How to defrost safely") 
  2. Preheat your oven to 180c -200c
  3. Place a baking paper on your baking tray
  4. Place the chicken on the baking paper 
  5. Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 15-20 mins
  6. Once cooked through, remove from oven and allow the chicken to rest for a few mins before serving 
  7. Best served with some rice or just eaten on its own, with a nice can of drink

 

Ingredients used:

  • Chicken - antibiotics and hormone free
  • We used mid joints in this recipe
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Chopped garlic
  • Spring onion 
  • Salt 

Storage:

Best kept frozen

Defrost safely before cooking.
